privacy Policy Statement:
Since our main business
is Anonymous Hositng we take your privacy and anonymity very seriously
For anonymous clients:
If at any time you are solicited by us for any personal or business information,
it is someone trying to spy on you and they are misrepresenting themselves.
Do not give it to them under any circumstances!
The above statement applies to: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses,
credit card information, social security numbers and similar information.
For regular hosting clients:
If you disclose any
information it is completely voluntary on your part and you should assume that
information will be used in any number of ways by people who wish to obtain
that information. We are not legally liable if you decide to disclose your information
as per our hosting agreement that we will provide you at the time of sign up.
If you do decide to
disclose any information to us we will not volunteer, sell or make public your
information for any reason except court order.
When under court order,
we will provide only the information specified in the court order. This may
include your email if it resides on our servers. Although this has never happened
to any of our clients, it has happened to other hosting companies and their
clients. Therefore you need to be responsible with your email and consider encrypting
important communications or using a web based provider such as hotmail or yahoo.
The bottom line is if you
don't give it to us, we can't give it to anyone else. Even under court order.
Please understand there is a difference between hosting with us anonymously
and being a regular hosting client, or using a pseudonym. The services are set
up different, the communications process is different and the pricing is also
different. If you are unsure about what may be best for you, please ask.
What else you should know about your online privacy:
Please keep in mind
that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information
online - for example in listings that you post or through
email - that information can be collected and used by
others. In short, if you post personal information online
that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited
messages from other parties in return.
Ultimately, you
are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of
your passwords and/or any account information. Please
be careful and responsible whenever you're online.
